Understand client requirements and draft job descriptions accordingly.

• Source candidates through job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and references.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/virtual interviews.

• Assess candidate communication skills, especially for BPO roles.

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

• Follow up with candidates till joining and maintain proper documentation.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

• Maintain regular communication with clients for feedback and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Undergraduate/MBA

• Fresher to 5 years of experience in recruitment.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment

• Excellent spoken and written English skills is a must.
