- Create strategy to identify and map potential companies that can be invited to setup in India
- Establish connect and drive meaningful leadership conversations to present India value proposition
- Form partnerships with key ecosystem elements – private and government entities who can help establish connect with relevant companies
- Work with various teams within NASSCOM to leverage platforms and drive joint initiatives to attract more companies to India
- Setup programs with interested state government to prepare strong value proposition for companies
- Drive thought leadership with Research team and identified partners to help companies develop stronger India strategy and leverage India for high value work
- Establish a marketplace for BPM companies in India to connect with potential clients
- Drive Conclaves, roundtables and other networking sessions to enable networking within the industry.
Qualifications and Experience Overall
- 10-13 years of experience overall
- 4-5 years of experience in the tech industry
- Education - B.E / MBA
Must have
- Strong understanding of IT-BPM industry
- Experience in B2B sales preferably in tech of consulting - ability to make strong pitch decks and cull our marketing messages
- Experience in project management will be desirable.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft office .
- Experience in forming partnerships and working with vendors/partners
Preferable
- Experience in raising fund and gaining sponsorship
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Travel requirements - Strong communication skill – Spoken and Written.
- Executive presence and ability to articulate and converse with CxOs
- Experience of working with cross functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management – upward, peers and juniors – ability to influence and gain support.
- Ability to build networks and influence
- Ability to lead from the front
