Execute global digital marketing strategies for B2C segments, aligned with the overall marketing objectives and company's growth goals.

Plan and implement online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to email, social media, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and content marketing.

Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling content, ensuring consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms including 3rd party B2C platforms.

Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.

Oversee the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmenting the audience.

Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing assets for online campaigns.

Utilize analytics tools and reports to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts to the management team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and events with targeted digital marketing activities.

Skills:

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 10 years working on B2C.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.

Familiarity with specific B2C marketing techniques relevant to automobile/ tyre industry.

Experience with tools and platforms, such as Adobe creative suit, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, etc.

Demonstrated success in planning and executing online marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.

Creative mindset with an eye for design and a knack for storytelling through digital channels.

Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
